What you pay us, and what it includes. Not to be confused with the Billing module, which is what your clients pay you.

The plans

• Solo — one person, working alone.
• Starter — a small team, from three seats.
• Pro — a larger team, with more room per seat.
• Business — for when Pro's ceilings start to bind.

Current prices are on the pricing page, which is the one place they are kept accurate.

Seats

A seat is a person in your organisation who is not a client. Your own team and any outside collaborators take seats; the clients you invite do not, and never will — charging you for the people you are working for would be a strange way to run it.

Each plan has a minimum number of seats. Adding someone above that adds a seat.

Quotas

• Storage is pooled per seat, so a bigger team gets a bigger shared pool rather than a per-person allowance nobody can use.
• AI usage is metered per month, and covers the assistive features.
• Projects have a ceiling on the smaller tiers.

Changing or cancelling

Plan changes and cancellation live in organisation settings, under the plan section. Payment is handled by Paddle, who are the merchant of record — so your invoices from us come from them, and they handle the tax.
