What you can hold us to.
zeypm is an independent product company. No investors, no board, no quarter to hit. This page is the part of that which actually affects you: who is behind it, how it is paid for, and what stays true as it grows.
Why it exists
Client work has a shape. It spreads across a tracker, a documents tool, a spreadsheet of hours and an inbox the client can never see into, and the tools that promise to hold all of it show every project the same twenty screens whether that project uses four of them or all of them.
So this platform is complete, and each project runs only the modules it needs. Why that holds up is the job of the modules page. This page is about the company making the promise.
The other half is timing. Agencies are being asked to run more of their work with agents, and most tools have answered by bolting an assistant onto the side of the product. We built the work surface itself to be driven. An agent opens the same task your team opens, on the same record, with the same permissions.
No investors, no board, no quarter to hit
There is no outside investment to service here. No growth target set by someone who has never met a customer, and no date that turns a hard problem into a shortcut. When something is worth building properly, it gets built properly, and that is most of the reason realtime collaboration, an agent-drivable surface and billing done correctly are all in a first release.
The honest trade is that we are small. Rather than ask you to take the rest on faith, here is what is committed.
Commitments
What stays true.
- Every module, on every plan, permanently
All of them are included on the cheapest tier, and none will move behind a higher one later. What changes with price is how much you run, never which parts of the product you are allowed to open.
- Your content is never used to train models
AI features send what they need to Anthropic to produce a result, and none of it is retained for training. A project that never touches an AI feature never sends anything at all.
- No tracking, anywhere
No third-party analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts, in the app or on this site. The single third-party script anywhere is the anti-spam check on the contact form.
- Clients cost nothing and see nothing by default
Invite every contact at every client you work with. They never consume a seat, and nothing is visible to them until you deliberately share it.
- Your data is held in London
The database runs in AWS eu-west-2 and files are stored on Cloudflare R2. Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record, so your invoices and tax come from a company that does this properly.
And what we will not do
Things that are off the table.
- Sell your data, or share it for advertising. There is no ad business here to feed.
- Move a module you already depend on behind a more expensive plan.
- Charge you for a client account.
- Make you sit through a sales call before you can see a price.
Where it goes next
The bet is that the teams who do well over the next few years are the ones whose tools an agent can genuinely operate, rather than describe. Tasks, docs, the roadmap and the knowledge base can be driven over the MCP server today, and that list grows as each remaining module gets its tools. It is why the work surface and the agent surface are one thing here instead of a product and an API beside it.
