Tasks
CoreLists, custom stages, subtasks, assignees, due dates and automations, with four views over one backlog.
The engine every other module links to.
One backlog, four ways to see it, and everything links back to it.
Four views, one backlog
List, Board, Table and a dependency Graph, all one keystroke apart. Switch between them here. Nothing is duplicated, because it is one backlog being read four ways.
Everything one task carries
One record holds the description, subtasks with rolled-up progress, comments, activity, attachments, tracked time, the relations it blocks and fixes, and the pull request that closes it.
Reference anything, inline
Type @ to mention a person, or any task, doc, or bug. It drops in as a live chip and leaves a backlink on the target.
Lists, and the stages you define
Work splits into lists, and each list owns its own pipeline. Sprint 24 can run a review stage the backlog has never heard of. Stages are yours to name, colour and order.
Also included
What else comes with it.
- Subtasks nested any depth, priorities, estimates, and saved views
- Filter, sort and group, saved as views you can return to
- Comment threads, reactions, attachments, and stage-change automations
- Bulk actions across a selection, and task templates for repeated work
- My Work aggregates everything assigned to you across every project
Availability
Always on.
Tasks is part of every project from the moment you create it. There's nothing to switch on, and nothing to pay for. It's included on every plan, like all 9 modules.
Every module, on every plan.
Start with the core and switch the rest on as each project asks for them.
Reproduced at 860px. The logo lockup is the widest item, and shrinking it fixes it without touching the links.
