Collaborators are slots, not names
A collaborator slot is concurrent capacity you rotate people through. Free a slot when a contractor's engagement ends. Their work stays attributed, and they just lose access.
One engagement ends, the next person takes the slot.
Clients are always free
Invite every contact at every client. They see only what you share with them, whether that is a roadmap, a thread or an invoice, and they never consume a seat or count toward any limit.
Shared on purpose, one item at a time. Nothing is visible by default.

Before you pick.
Yes. Every new team starts on 14 days of Pro, with no card asked for. That is the full platform, all 9 modules, AI included. Pick a plan when the trial ends and nothing you made goes anywhere.
No, and they never will. All 9 are on every plan, including the cheapest one. What you pay for is how much you run: people, projects, storage and AI. Never which parts of the product you are allowed to open.
Starter is priced for a team. Working on your own, Solo costs less and suits you better: $15 flat, AI included. The minimum is just there so Starter never becomes an expensive way to be one person.
Projects and storage stop at the limit, so we will ask you to upgrade or archive something before you add more. People never stop: extra seats and collaborator slots show up on your next bill instead of blocking anyone. Nothing you own is deleted for going over.
Upgrade whenever you like and it applies straight away. Downgrade as soon as you fit inside the smaller plan. If six people share the org, we tell you before the switch rather than letting you discover it afterwards.
It is a fair-use allowance, not a meter you watch. Pro gives every seat its own share, so an allowance grows as the team does, and Solo includes a smaller one for a single person. You will not be billed per request or cut off mid-sentence.
