In plain language

Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the people you invite to it, whether staff, collaborators or clients. Keep your credentials secure and tell us if something looks wrong.
Your content stays yours
Everything you put in (tasks, docs, files, messages, recordings) remains yours. We hold it to run the service for you, and you can export or delete it.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly by Paddle, who act as merchant of record and handle tax. You can change or cancel a plan from your organization settings; a cancellation runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Quotas, and what happens at the edge
Projects and storage are hard limits, so you will be asked to upgrade or archive before adding more. Seats and collaborator slots are never blocked; they adjust the bill instead. Nothing you have created is deleted for going over a limit.
Every module, every plan
All modules are included on every tier and will stay that way. Plans differ by capacity and AI, never by which features you are allowed to use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, or disrupt other customers. Automated access through the MCP server is expected and fine, because it is a product surface rather than a loophole.
Availability
We aim to keep it up and to be straight with you when it is not. The service is provided as is; the full limitation of liability is set out in the complete terms below.

The full text below is not written yet. The summary above is accurate and describes what the product actually does. The numbered sections are the structure the reviewed document will fill. They are deliberately empty rather than filled with text that reads like law but has not been checked by anyone qualified to write it.
