Opt-in

Client threads, in the app and over email, on the same record as the work they're about.

Client conversations, forum-style, on the record.

Wall-style threads beside the work, with email in and out.

A wall of threads, not a chat

Client conversations live as threads with a title, a category and a reply count, so a question from three weeks ago is still findable. Nobody scrolls a chat log looking for what was agreed.

They reply from their inbox

A client answers the notification email and it lands in the thread, with no login and no account. The quoted history and signature are stripped on the way in, and when the quoting can't be read confidently the whole reply is kept rather than risking a lost one.

Internal when you need it

Flag a thread team-only and it simply isn't in the client's feed. The awkward conversation about scope lives in the same place as the one you're having with them.

Also included

What else comes with it.

  • Organized by category and tags, with unread markers and mutable threads
  • A message is a comment, with reactions, @-mentions and rich text, same as a task
  • Every thread sits beside the work it is about

Availability

Opt-in, per project.

Messages switches on per project in settings. Leave it off and it doesn't exist there: no tab, no placeholder, no empty screen. It's included on every plan, and turning it on never changes your bill.

Every module, on every plan.

Start with the core and switch the rest on as each project asks for them.
