Meetings
Optional, per project. A record of the calls, attached to the work they were about.

- Narrowing down. By when it happened, by category, and between active, compiled and archived.
- A meeting. Grouped by month, with its date, start time and length. The record itself is inside.
- Compile. Synthesise across several calls at once — the result is grouped into sections, and each point says which meetings it came from.
What it holds
- Notes — what was decided, written up afterwards.
- Transcripts — the whole thing, when you need the exact words.
- Recordings — for when a transcript is not enough.
Why it belongs to the project
Meeting notes usually live wherever the person taking them keeps their notes, which means they are gone the moment that person is unavailable. Here they sit beside the work, so "what did we agree about the ordering flow" is answerable by anyone on the project.
Finding things later
Meetings are searchable alongside everything else in the project, which is the point: six months later nobody remembers which call something was said on, only roughly what was said.
Be deliberate about clients. A meeting record can hold candid internal discussion. Treat it as internal unless you have decided otherwise — see internal vs client-visible.
